Linasasi Holdings Pty Ltd founded in 2013 is a 100% black women owned investment company. In 2020 we have relaunched our business to focus on investment interests that are in the health care and services, construction and infrastructure, mining resources and services, aviation and logistics industries. The company is led by women entrepreneurs that are passionate about their work, we immerse ourselves in our business to ensure that each transaction is successful and benefits the greater South African society.
We we believe that there are ample opportunities in the South African and African economy for women to actively participate in our economies and be gainfully rewarded. We have over 40 years collectively of entrepreneurship investing in business development by starting and building organisations form the ground to heights of great success.
Linasasi has taken up the task to participate in assisting with the supply and provision of Covid 19 medical solutions by partnering with sanitiser manufacturer Safic Environmental solutions to supply WHO standard medical grade sanitiser, surface disinfectants, consumer grade 70% alcohol sanitiser and other PPE products such as masks, gloves, Infrared thermo scanners and more.

Linasasi owned by Lindi Mamashela and Tshepiso Chikapa Phiri. We are women who fully comprehend what it takes to build business from the ground up. We have the experience and knowledge to be valuable partners in any business we chose to invest in. Through our network and work ethic we understand that business investment and growth needs people who show commitment and passion towards their business. We believe that in building businesses we give South Africa’s communities an opportunity to beat the scourge of poverty, lack of education, unemployment and inadequate health care services.

Lindi Mamashela
A South African business women with approximately 22 years in the Aviation industry and business.
She was the first female Manager of South African Airways Flight Operations department. After various promotions within SAA she proceeded to manage other strategic departments of the airline (i.e. Government relations, Voyager Programme and the Flight crew training department).

Tshepiso Chikapa Phiri
Tshepiso Has Over A Period Of 18 Years Achieved An Illuminating And Successful Career as an entrepreneur. Her business interests range from businesses in oil and gas, logistics, health care, manufacturing, entertainment, communications and advertising.
She graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science. She went on to study for her Honours in brand communications and strategy.
